LeadMark Services, LLC began in 1991 as a market research company dedicated to market analysis, surveying, and global market trending. Some of our customers back then used our services to measure customer satisfaction and consumer spending habits among varying demographics in variable markets. Through our efforts then to maximize consumer response, we discovered that we could obtain survey related information “on the inbound”, instead of the more traditional method of outbound calling. It was in this way that LeadMark’s Consumer Support Group was formed. Not losing sight of its roots, LeadMark Services reaches back to its research foundation and approaches every customer relationship with a critical eye for process and process improvement.
Today, LeadMark has grown into one of the more unique call centers in the country: our propensity for servicing highly technical calls has set us apart from the competition.
